What this covers
Restorative work is a series of trade-offs: how much tooth is left, how much force it will take, and how long the result needs to last. The honest conversation is about those trade-offs rather than about the material.
We plan from the bite backwards. A crown that looks beautiful and takes the full force of a heavy bite will fail, and so will an implant placed where the opposing tooth will hammer it. Understanding how your jaw actually moves comes before choosing what to put in it.
Everything here is done in-house — planning, surgery and the final restoration — with the same clinician throughout. Nobody has to interpret somebody else's notes, and there is one person to hold responsible for how the finished tooth looks and bites.
